Lobster Meat - Claw & Knuckle

Our Lobster Meat is wild caught in the cold waters of Maine & Canada. This product yields no shell waste, allowing 100% meat per pound. Use this pre-cooked lobster meat in any recipe you desire, such as soups, salads, lobster rolls, and even mac and cheese. 

Our 2-pound bag will contain whole pieces of Lobster Claw and Knuckle.

LOBSTER ROLL RECIPE

Ingredients:

• 1 lb Oyster Bay Cooked Lobster Meat (thawed), strained and roughly chopped
• 2/3 cup non-fat yogurt
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 3 oz celery, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp scallions, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 4 hot dog buns, toasted
• cilantro leaves to garnish
• kettle cooked potato chips
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, vegetables, lime juice, salt and pepper. Fold lobster meat into mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.                   
2. When ready to serve, open and toast hot dog buns and fill each one with 4 ounces of mixture.                                                                                                          
3. Garnish with cilantro leaves and kettle cooked potato chips. (serves 4)
