Lobster Roll

  • 1 lb Oyster Bay Cooked Lobster Meat (thawed), strained and roughly chopped
  • 2/3 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 oz celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 hot dog buns, toasted
  • Cilantro leaves to garnish
  • Kettle cooked potato chips
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, vegetables, lime juice, salt and pepper. Fold lobster meat into mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 

  2. When ready to serve, open and toast hot dog buns and fill each one with 4 ounces of mixture. Garnish with cilantro leaves and kettle cooked potato chips. (serves 4)
