We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their orders. For food safety reasons and because seafood products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us. If you receive your order and it's damaged or spoiled as a result of a Harbor Seafood mistake, we will replace the product or refund your money. Any request for a refund/replacement must be made within 24 hours upon delivery.
