Where do you ship to?

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?

We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box at this time.

If I place an order, how do I know you received it?

Once you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation within 24 hours. This confirms receipt of your order and provides you with your order confirmation number.

When will I receive my order?

Orders take on average up to 48 hours to process and ship out from our headquarters in New Hyde Park, NY. When the order is ready to ship, we will send a shipping notification that contains your package tracking number. We do not ship products for delivery on Saturdays, Sunday or Monday in order to maintain the premium quality of our seafood items. Orders ship using Fedex or UPS.

How does my order ship?

All orders are shipped using a corrugated box that contains an insulated styrofoam container inside it. Frozen products will ship using dry ice. Refrigerated products will ship with gel packs. Please wear protective gloves when handling dry ice.

What if I order both frozen and refrigerated products?

If you place an order that contains both frozen and refrigerated products, then we will ship the refrigerated products in a separate box(es) to maintain their quality.
