- 1 pack of Oyster Bay Crab Cakes
- Ciabatta Rolls
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- Lettuce, ripped
- 1 tbs Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper
- Unwrap Oyster Bay Crab Cakes from wrap and prepare according to packaging instructions. While Crab Cake is cooking, cook desired amount of bacon in a medium skillet on medium heat. Once bacon is cooked thoroughly, remove from pan and set aside. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Once the Crab Cake is finished cooking, spread the herb style mayonnaise on the bottom half of the Ciabatta bun, stack your desired amount of lettuce and tomato. Lastly place your freshly cooked Crab Cake and bacon on top of the sandwich, close the bun and enjoy! Serve with fries and a pickle or your side of choice.
